IP IVR (IP-based Interactive Voice Response) is the IP-based equipment providing interactive voice response service, which supports the automatic forwarding of external calls to internal ones. The IVR system offers clear voice and navigation menu and supports customization of service reports in accordance with subscribers¡¯ needs, hence providing subscribers with more professional and flexible interactive voice response service and realizing the functions of a call center.
